Senior Project Administrator

Job Purpose Summary

A self-motivated Senior Project Administrator with minimum 3 years in a senior project support role.

Key Responsibilities & Accountabilities

  • Supporting the team on a daily basis with the preparation and presentation of files
  • Being the first point of call for incoming queries
  • Responding to emails on behalf of the team
  • Managing the Project Managers’ and MD’s diaries and creating events
  • Organising training for staff as required
  • Taking responsibility for general office organisation

Person Specification

  • Minimum 3 years in a senior project support role
  • Organisational and administrative skills including the use of MS packages and ideally Procore
  • Good communication and listening skills and the ability to deal with key project stakeholders with competing priorities
  • Pro-active with good planning skills
  • Personality – Energy, Drive and Enthusiasm.
  • Be able to conduct themselves in a professional manner.
  • Be able to deliver exceptional customer service.
